Stream Disclaimer

For Informational Use

Minnesota Weather Radio streams are provided by both Bemidji WX and independent community members. These streams may be delayed, interrupted, degraded, or unavailable for various reasons. This may occur when you need the stream the most.

Power outages, Internet outages, network congestion, equipment failures, server issues, reception problems, and other factors on the listener's side, the streamer's side, or the server side may affect stream quality or availability.

Do not rely on Minnesota Weather Radio as your only way to receive watches, warnings, or other emergency information. Keep Wireless Emergency Alerts enabled on a WEA-capable smartphone and use a properly programmed NOAA Weather Radio, official National Weather Service sources, local emergency alerts, or another reliable method of receiving emergency information.

Minnesota Weather Radio is provided for informational purposes only. Because Internet streams may be delayed, interrupted, inaccurate, or unavailable, users are responsible for maintaining other methods of receiving weather and emergency alerts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minnesota Weather Radio, Bemidji WX, its streamers, and its operators are not responsible for property damage, personal injury, loss, or other damages resulting from stream delays, interruptions, outages, reception problems, incorrect information, or the inability to access Minnesota Weather Radio services.

Minnesota Weather Radio must not be used for any purpose that violates Minnesota law or United States Federal Law.

Minnesota Weather Radio and Bemidji WX do not operate NOAA Weather Radio transmitters and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by NOAA, the National Weather Service, or the United States Government.
